A private application

Cooper Home is a private web application for the members of one household. It is not a product or a service offered to the public, and no one outside the household may use it. Access is by invitation of the household owner only.

Information, not advice

The application shows the household's own financial information and projections based on it. Those projections are estimates for the household's own planning. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and the bank's own records are the ones that count.

No warranty

The application is provided as it is, without any warranty. The household owner is not liable for decisions made from the information it shows.

Third-party services

Connections to Microsoft, Google and Plaid are governed by those services' own terms. The household owner may add or remove such connections at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
